  I was introduced to Arc of Life by my girlfriend. Prior to visiting the office I had constant headaches and neck and back pain for over 15 years, Chiropractic care has greatly impacted my daily life by making me pain free, more energetic and allowing me to perform better in a physically demanding job. Also, sports such as golf and soccer are much more enjoyable and my recovery time from tough games and minor injuries is greatly reduced. Since coming to Arc of Life I have been more conscious of my spinal and overall health and taken steps to being more proactive in my health maintenance.
